PAID SERVICE DELIVERY AGREEMENT

     "School of Social Entrepreneurs" LLC, which acts on the basis of the charter, represented by the director Gohar Mkoyan, hereinafter referred to as the Performer, from one side, and citizen hereinafter referred to as the Listener, from the other side (hereinafter referred to as the Sides),signed this contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) about the following:

1.SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1.1. Under this contract, the Executor undertakes to organize courses on "Social Entrepreneurship Education Program".

2. PERFORMANCE AND DEADLINES OF THE CONTRACT  

2.1. Under this contract, the services are provided according to the agreement between the Sides, with a non-standardized work schedule, 2 (two) days a week, 2 hours each.

2.2.  The total duration of the course is 3.5 (three and a half) months.

3.PAYMENT PROCEDURE

3.1. The total cost of the services provided by this contract is 1300 (one thousand and three hundred) USD for training, (including the individual discount system), which will be paid in full no later than April 1, 2022 to July 10, 2022, by non-cash method, by transferring to the settlement account of the RA SE school, mentioned in the contract.Tuition can be paid lump sum, in 2 (two) parts: part-by-part (including the 15th of the month preceding the end of the study). 

3.2.Unilateral change in the amount of tuition is not allowed, except:

3.2.1. If you continue your studies after returning from an academic vacation, 
3.2.2. In case of organizing additional courses or practical classes beyond the volume provided by the curriculum for the listener.  
3.2.3. Tuition is not fully or partially refundable:

    3.3.1. In case of removal of the listener,

    3.3.2. In case of taking an academic vacation. 

    4.DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

    4.1.Disputes arising under this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation. In case of disagreement, the settlement of disputes is carried out in accordance with the law.

    5.RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE Sides

    5.1. The executor is obliged: 

    5.1.1. Provide the services mentioned in clause 1.1 of this contract with proper quality.

    5.1.2.To provide the services in full, in accordance with the schedule specified in clauses 2.1 and 2.2 of this contract;

    5.1.3. personally perform the services,

    5.1.4. Organize and implement the educational process in accordance with the established standards and the curriculum;

    5.2. To fulfill all responsibilities envisaged by the charter of the RA SE school, the rules of conduct of the students and internal disciplinary rules, the order of organizing the training.
    5.2.1The customer is obliged.
    5.2.3.     fulfill his / her responsibilities provided by the Performer's charter, listeners' conduct and internal disciplinary rules, and the organization of the training.
    5.2.4.     Pay the tuition fee within the period specified by his / her Executor, otherwise, he is obliged to pay three times the unpaid amount. In case of interruption of tuition, pay 70% (seventy percent) of the tuition fee.
    5.2.5.     Pay for the services provided by the Contractor in accordance with clauses 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 of this contract;
    5.2.6.     follow the
    instructions of experts, as well as participate in practical classes and activities of the Performer,

      5.3. The customer has the right to:

      5.3.1.Terminate the contract with the Contractor at any time, if the latter provides the services in gross violation of clauses 1 and 2 of this contract, paying the obligation arising before the date of termination of the contract;

      5.3.2. to receive information and documents (references) on the current assessment system, the progress of its assessed knowledge,

      5.3.3.Other rights provided by the performer's charter, listeners' conduct, internal disciplinary rules, and the organization of the training.

      5.4.The performer has the right to:

      5.4.1. Terminate the contract with the Customer at any time, if the latter notices serious facts of dishonesty in case of non-attendance or insufficient attendance, as in the case when the Customer violates paragraph 3 of this contract,

      5.4.2 Communicate formally with the listener (submit decisions, notices, syllabus and other documents) to the e-mail address specified in the contract or to the e-mail address provided by the RA SE school, or post the material (notice) on the website of the RA SE school (www.ssearmenia.am), 
      5.4.3       determine the group where the Listener is to be trained. 

        6.THE IMPACT OF INVINCIBLE FORCE (FORCE MAJEURE)

        6.1. In case of non-fulfillment of the contractual obligations, the Sides are released from liability, if it is a consequence of natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storm, fire, etc.),decisions of the competent authorities, which directly affected the performance of contractual obligations.

        6.2. The Sides are obliged to inform each other immediately about the occurrence or termination of force majeure conditions.
