Igor has many years of experience in training and consulting on strategic planning, business modeling, financial management and audit of projects which supports the vulnerable groups.
He was a financial specialist and coordinator of grants programs for IDPs in work integration in the UNDP Ukraine / UNDP project in Ukraine “Rapid response to the socio-economic problems of IDPs in Ukraine”. Also, he was a Financial Manager in USAID Ukraine project “Expansion for the IDPs support for work integration”.
Worked as a financial specialist to develop the public organizations and social enterprises in projects with the financial support of the Global Fund (GFATM),CDC and others.
Mentor and consultant in Ukrainian and international educational projects as Enactus, AIESEC, Open Data Challenge, Diamond Challenge, hackathons, incubators and accelerators on social entrepreneurship and civic tech.

From 2015 he is a co-founder in the Future Development Agency - a fund for social entrepreneurship and social innovation support.
